Schneider Electric has officially launched the seventh season of its Win-in-Innovation Program, a major innovation initiative jointly organized with the International Economic and Technical Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. The program continues to focus on technology innovation, industrial application, and ecosystem development, supporting the transformation of energy and industrial sectors.
The latest season introduces an upgraded Exploration Camp, featuring a dual-track recruitment model that combines targeted industrial scenarios with open innovation ideas. Through this approach, participating companies and technology teams can explore practical solutions for real-world challenges in energy management, industrial automation, and digital transformation.
During the launch event, Schneider Electric also introduced its newly established Technical Expert Committee. The committee will focus on three key technology areas: artificial intelligence, software-defined energy and industry, and new power systems. Industry experts will provide technical guidance and promote deeper collaboration between enterprises, research institutions, and innovation teams.

Under the global trend of smart manufacturing, energy transition, and low-carbon development, the Win-in-Innovation Program aims to build a complete innovation ecosystem covering idea discovery, technology incubation, and industrial implementation. By connecting industrial companies, research organizations, and technology startups, the program supports the development of scalable solutions with practical commercial value.
After six years of development, the program has become an important innovation platform in the energy technology sector. It has attracted more than 1,300 small and medium-sized enterprises and helped over 90 companies accelerate technology development through incubation and growth programs. More than 40 collaborative innovation achievements have been developed, covering areas such as energy efficiency improvement, industrial digitalization, and sustainable development.
For the industrial automation market, Schneider Electric’s continued investment in innovation reflects the growing demand for intelligent control systems, energy optimization technologies, and connected industrial solutions. The integration of artificial intelligence, industrial software, and advanced power technologies is expected to create new opportunities for automation equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and industrial solution providers.
As industries worldwide accelerate digital transformation and energy transition, innovation platforms like the Win-in-Innovation Program will play an increasingly important role in promoting smart factories, efficient energy management, and sustainable industrial growth.
