Zhongyeda Signs Distribution Agreement with Schneider Electric, Annual Procurement Target Reaches RM

Beijing – On April 27, Zhongyeda (002441.SZ) announced that the company and its subsidiaries have signed multiple distribution agreements and related contracts with Schneider Electric (China) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates.
The agreements serve as a framework for 2026 procurement of low-voltage distribution, industrial control, and medium-voltage related products, with a total procurement target of RMB 3.395 billion (excluding tax). The exact amount will be determined based on actual purchases.
As of March 31, 2026, the agreements have been executed for RMB 986 million. In addition, from January 1, 2026, to the announcement date, the company signed other equipment, products, and services contracts totaling RMB 146,600.
The company clarified that this transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction and does not require board or shareholder approval. Industry observers note that the agreements are expected to further strengthen Zhongyeda’s procurement system in low-voltage distribution, industrial control, and medium-voltage equipment, while leveraging Schneider Electric’s technological and product advantages to support business growth and capacity planning for 2026.
