Innovation Driving Business Growth

As a global leader in energy technology, Schneider Electric continues to integrate advanced technologies such as AI into industrial applications, supporting electrification, intelligence, and decarbonization. Season 6 of the program adopted a dual-track approach:

  • AI+ Exploration Camp, focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as AI, digital twins, and cloud-edge collaboration

  • Growth Camp, emphasizing the scaling and commercialization of mature solutions

At the event, multiple innovative projects across industrial, data center, and building scenarios were presented:

  • ecoZEdge predictive maintenance: Combining industrial sensing, edge computing, and AI inference for millisecond-level fault response and early warning of unplanned downtime.

  • AI-assisted HMI engineering design: Leveraging natural language generation and intelligent modification tools to improve design efficiency by over 70%.

  • CAMA dual forecasting model: Enabling dynamic supply chain optimization through demand forecasting, inventory management, and capacity simulation.

  • EcoBatch flexible orchestration system: Supporting rapid deployment of multi-product processes, particularly in food and beverage industries.

  • ATV Predict Plus platform: Embedding AI into drives to enable full-chain monitoring and predictive maintenance without additional hardware.

  • Physical AI computing center platform: Integrating simulation engines and AI to enable real-time prediction, energy optimization, and fault diagnosis.

In the Growth Camp, companies shared practical experiences from identifying customer pain points to delivering solutions, including:

  • Industrial zero-trust security architecture for legacy systems

  • Enterprise-level AI agents supporting operations and sales automation

  • Industrial digital carbon management solutions, already implemented in Schneider Electric’s Wuhan factory

Awards were also presented, recognizing excellence in innovation, commercialization, and collaboration. The EcoBatch project won the overall championship of the AI+ Exploration Camp, while other projects received honors such as Best Innovation, Highest Commercial Value, and Best Implementation.
